      We serve our original pancake more than million pieces per year,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      and we recommend that the “original blend coffee” is the best pairing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Over a cup, a lot of stories would be talked. Waiting two days to two weeks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      after the roast date before using is the best way,so we roast coffee beans<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      every morning to make sure that the customers are getting a cup of fresh coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n

      Specialty souffle pancakes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Our creation begins each morning by cracking hundreds of eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      by hand and manually separating the yolks and whites to ensure the freshness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We then carefully mix premium ingredients like Japanese wheat <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      flour to make the meringue batter, and only the necessary amount <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      to make pancakes upon order.
      Following which, we cook gently and lightly over the professional griddle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A fluffy souffl\u00e9 pancake is born. Millefeuille pancake that tastes best with<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      butter and maple syrup and in addition to this flavour,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      we also offer a wide variety of products featuring fruits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Our housemade whipped cream is blended with cream of <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      different richness for the maximum enjoyment. Here, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      savour our handmade “souffl\u00e9”, “meringue” and “nama cream” to the last drop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

       It is precisely because of this methodical kodawari that <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      we can offer pancakesthat cannot be imitated by others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
