Takagi Coffee will be offering a limited-time item at its stores in Japan –
the “Ichigo Daifuku Pancake.”
This pancake features a fluffy texture enveloped in mochi,
generously topped with a special sweet red bean cream made
with Ogura red bean paste and homemade whipped cream.
You can enjoy varying flavors by using both strawberry sauce
and white chocolate sauce as accompaniments.
